By accessing or using any Rukun product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rukun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our SaaS products for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission.

Our products are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

All content, software, and materials provided through Rukun services are owned by Rukun and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rukun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
